Here’s your chance to be part of a great event for our favorite cause–the Friends of Queen Anne’s County Library!
The 2nd Annual (Adult) Spelling Bee will be held on Thursday, October 19, and is major community event and a fund raiser for the Friends. We’ll have teams representing organizations and schools from throughout the county, and we’re happy to welcomed a wonderful group of judges this year — Queen Anne’s County Sheriff Gary Hoffman, County Commissioner Jack Wilson, and Gigi Windley of the Kent Narrows Development Foundation.
We are seeking Sponsors for this event to help make it a success for the Friends–local businesses, or anyone who wants to help out! Full information on the sponsorship opportunities can be downloaded here, and we ask applications to be submitted by September 30.
