Thanks to Shore Update for providing a detailed summary of the Friend’s Adult Spelling Bee, held on October 20 at Wye River Upper School. As noted in the article, the teams dazzled the “bee-watcher” audience with their spelling knowledge and with their good-natured competitive drive!  And the event raised more than $1,900 — all of which will support ongoing efforts to enhance and expand programs and capabilities at the county’s libraries. So, an all-around S-U-C-C-E-S-S!
